The simple fact is that at a certain sense itself is fiction. Like a narrative it has a beginning, an end, and lot of stuff in between. We do not know who writes this fiction will ever know. So we’ve got an inborn affinity with fiction and cannot completely detach ourselves from it. And perhaps that’s why, while reading or seeing fiction we get dropped in the wonderland of imagination, but for that brief period we function exactly in precisely the exact same manner as we want in the real world of our understanding. In that sense fiction is simply invented reality.
That brings us to the reason for emotional response. In respect to fiction the most frequent emotions are likes and dislikes that could become their more powerful forms of love and hate. In real life we love or hate a person because of a few attachment through kinship, friendship, or even through indirect understanding of the individual. One cannot love or hate a person one does not know in any way. Attachment can also be on other living beings, material things, and to fanciful things. We love or despise a story or even an idea. For a typical person it is impossible to live unattached to items in the world. If a person is able to get rid of attachment, one joins the rank of enlightened souls that are indeed rare. We carry our ability and desire for attachment into the imaginary world of fiction. We see the characters we come to understand as the narrative progresses, shape our likes and dislikes, and react in the identical way like in real life except that we cannot socialize with them physically. But we do socialize together in our minds and hearts from where the emotions come.
Fiction by its very definition is unreal. When we read a novel we know that the story and the characters in it are only a product of imagination of the author. When we see a film we are aware that the characters are just acting their parts essentially pretending to be somebody other than themselves. Still we are mentally affected by the twists and turns in the story. We laugh with them, weep together, and even feel indignant towards the bad men. The adorable hero or heroine may be despicable in actual life and the protagonist might be a perfect gentleman, but we identify them with the characters they’re portraying. In essence for that short period we get transported into the imaginary world of the writer. Oddly enough this happens too with the writer at least to some of these. He or she travels through the same emotions while writing and perhaps later also. There just is no denying about the potential of go to my blog to dramatically alter some situations is incredible. There are so many possibilities and variations – twists and turns, that hopefully you see how difficult it can be to cover all bases. That is really a good deal when you think about it, so just the briefest moment to mention something. We are highly confident about the ability of what we offer, today, to make a difference. The last outstanding areas for discussion may be even more important.

All of us may be players on the world stage, still the question remains why we reveal the emotional responses to the happenings depicted from the fiction, whether in print or visual presentation, just as in real life? Just like dreams our imaginations become introduced to us over the mental screen as if we were watching movies or television. And just as in dreams the actual world gets supplanted by the virtual world although we’re fully alert. That world still has great resemblance to the real one and everything happening in it appears real as a result of something changing in our cognition school. But the mechanism which activates our psychological responses remains unchanged and therefore we respond to the fiction in precisely the same manner as in real life.
Getting back to fiction that the imagination of the author also has to be based on his direct or indirect experiences. In this sense fiction relies on reality and to this extent it represents just another dimension of reality. Here of course we run to the philosophical problem of the precise significance of reality. You will find two diametrically opposite views – materialistic and spiritualistic. According to the prior only things that can be perceived through our senses are real, everything else is unreal. The latter maintains that there is one ultimate reality from which we perceive comes out and what that is perceived is simply an illusion. We again look at a statement by Einstein: “Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a persistent one.” He was clearly referring to the fact of this phenomenal world. The term illusion can have different connotations but generally it means perceiving something as different from what it really is. Therefore the existence of the thing is a prerequisite for illusion, it isn’t a mental construction. Imagination is a mental phenomenon and has nothing to do with whatever actually existent. Thus the connection between fiction and reality is entirely different from that between illusion and reality. You can always check different fiction stories for reference.

Communicating both sides of the argument equally, sometimes through both the antagonist and the protagonist, may define the subject with additional impact. In Les Misérables, our softer side may stick with Jean Valjean, but we also see the righteousness in Inspector Javert.
Theme is most visible in the protagonist’s best choice in a story. The easiest way to pinpoint a motif is to put it in question form. The question to ask is: what is the protagonist’s biggest psychological choice to resolve the story’s conflict?
In non-fiction, the writer is suggested to hone in to his subject and start referring to it at the first paragraph. In fiction, on the other hand, the theme generally flowers through the writing as the narrative progresses.
